1. Buyer agrees to have any firearm checked by a certified gunsmith prior to firing. The firearms sold by Ultimate Firearm Technologies are in functioning condition when sent to purchaser. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify to their satisfaction that the firearm is safe to operate.

2. Buyer assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition, use & security/storage of the firearm/suppressor/knife purchased.

3. Buyer certifies by purchasing a firearm or suppressor from Ultimate Firearm Technologies that he or she is legally qualified to purchase and own these and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership and owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents.

4. Buyer understands that all firearms are potentially dangerous if handled improperly.

5. As it is a matter of record that Ultimate Firearm Technologies has no established means of testing the firearm. Ultimate Firearm Technologies assumes no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold.

6. Buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, machine guns or suppressors. (Government ID including valid drivers license and passport).

 7. Upon purchase, buyer assumes all liability and responsibility including but not limited to the usage and storage of the purchased firearm, suppressor or other NFA item. Purchaser releases Ultimate Firearm Technologies and its officers from any and all liability associated with purchasing, use and storage of the item(s) purchase from UFT.

MANY PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE GUNS IN THEIR HOMES FOR A REASON AND THAT REASON IS THAT THEY ARE VERY DANGEROUS. ONLY BUY OR OBTAIN A GUN IF YOU ARE 100% SURE IT WILL BE KEPT AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS. You should also have prior experience with a guns, machine guns or suppressors. You should obtain proper training before buying a firearm. If you have children in the house, you should keep the gun stored in a safe, secure location. You agree that you will keep it stored in a safe location and away from children. We will not be held responsible for any violations, crimes, accidents, tickets, or any actions that happen because of your gun use. If you do buy a gun you agree to buy it with the understanding that you do it at your own risk and that you will be responsible in its usage.  

Finally, by buying a gun you agree that Ultimate Firearm Technologies (or its officers) will not be responsible for any actions that happen that was caused by the gun, suppressor or knife.

8. Please read all information listed on our website before purchasing, warranty, shipping etc. Deposits on purchased guns are non-refundable. Please ask any & all questions before placing an order.

9. Buyer agrees to read and abide by all of the firearm manufacturers safety information. If not familiar with the specific weapon, contact your local law enforcement or certified NRA instructors in your area for further instruction in the safe handling and operation of the firearm

10. By completing any weapon (including suppressor) transaction with Ultimate Firearm Technologies you are agreeing to all the terms described above.

11. Prices are subject to change without notice. Web prices may not be correct at all times and may be incorrect. Always write to confirm the current pricing. Anything on Web Pages may not be correct as changes to pages are often subject to delays. The photos are representative and may not be pictures of the actual item.

12. There may be multiple items in the pictures but sales are for only a single item. For example, firearm magazine pictures often show 2 views but the price is for only One magazine. A suppressor that is advertised may be pictured with a firearm but only the suppressor is the sale item. The guns are just for a better illustration.
