The Fusil Automatique Léger, Light Automatic Rifle, or FAL is a self loading, select fire army rifle produced by the Belgian armaments manufacturer Fabrique Nationale de Herstal (FN). During the late 1940,s it was developed, then later perfected in the 1950's. It was adopted by many of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries, but not the United States. It is one of the most widely used rifles in history, having been used by over 90 countries.
This gun speaks for itself. It is another museum piece and is an original, not something put together nor a sear gun. The part numbers are matching, a rare event.
